Department of Student Affairs
Our tasks are:
- Central point of contact for applicants, students and alumni as well as employees of the university for a smooth and orderly course of studies
- Advice and support for all departments responsible for the introduction, further development and organization of study programmes
- Advice on audit law issues
- Design and implementation of the application and admission procedure for the degree program
- Enrollment of first-semester students and when changing degree programs and universities
- Organization of studies, e.g. re-registration for the new semester, administration of semester fees or semester fees, issuing of study certificates for offices and institutions, application for and approval of semesters off, accident reports
- Coordination and organization of examinations
- Enforcement of audit law
- Completion of the practical semester
- Creation, updating and administration of study and examination regulations
- Conception and introduction of new study programs
- Specialist user-oriented further development of service processes
