IMPETUS

Professorial work is more than just a job: it is a vocation and the foundation stone for an educated, solution-oriented and sustainable society. The Impetus project, which is funded as part of the federal-state initiative FH-Personal, supports the recruitment and familiarization of professors. Newly appointed professors are supported from the outset, from their introduction to everyday working life to workshops and tailor-made didactic offers on site – including media presentation and knowledge transfer. Transfer professorships are intended to give newly appointed professors more time for research and transfer. Tandem doctorates can also be offered in close  cooperation with regional companies.
