Dr. Matthias J. Kaiser
Function in the university
The Chancellor heads the Central University Administration and is responsible for the operationalization of internal university operations. His tasks are correspondingly varied: He is responsible for the university’s budget, rooms and buildings as well as all legal matters. He also develops digital and service-oriented administrative services as part of the team. He is also the supervisor of all academic support staff and a full-time member of the university management.
