Research strategy and quality assurance
Responsibility for ensuring quality standards in the field of research plays a special role at Coburg University of Applied Sciences. As a measure to implement the university’s own strategy and development paper as well as legal requirements, the Research Strategy and Quality Assurance Department was therefore established. (FSQM) was created. The unit’s core tasks include
- Supporting the university management in promoting the research mission statement at Coburg University of Applied Sciences, its committees and institutes
- Promoting targeted and profile-building research initiatives and increasing the attractiveness of research
- Monitoring the quality assurance measures of Coburg University of Applied Sciences in accordance with Art. 7 BayHIG in the area of research
Quality forms the basis for sustainable success and trust in research and its results. Quality assurance and strategy in science are crucial for turning ideas into valuable innovations.
