Intercultural experiences on campus and beyond

At Coburg University of Applied Sciences, there are various programs for students who

  • want to get to know another culture
  • would like to go on excursions in an intercultural group
  • want to practise a foreign language regularly
  • help someone to improve their German language skills

Buddy Program AIMS

Students on the English-language Master’s degree course in Analytical Instruments, Measurement and Sensor Technology (AIMS) come to Coburg from all over the world.
The Buddy Program provides them with fellow students to help them get started in their new environment.

This includes support with everyday issues relating to life at the university and in the city.
There are also intercultural workshops and an excursion at the start of the semester.
In addition to students from technical/scientific degree courses, students from other areas can also take part in the Buddy Program.
