Organization
The continuing education institutions of the University of Bayreuth and Coburg University of Applied Sciences are aiming to set up joint continuing education courses.
The Campus Academy at the University of Bayreuth is in charge of the “Land-saving community development” certificate course.
The Faculty of Continuing Education at Coburg University of Applied Sciences is providing organizational support.
Goals and target group
The certificate course is aimed at those who perform management or leadership tasks in the area of municipal and community administration or support communities in their work:
- Employees in municipal planning and building authorities
- Regional development employees
- Architects, lawyers and committed citizens
- Geographers, geodesists, spatial planners, landscape and urban planners
