Market-oriented corporate management

The certificate course “Market-oriented corporate management” equips you as a (prospective) manager to align organizations holistically with the needs of the relevant market.
This includes basic management knowledge of market-oriented corporate management, organizational development and intensive leadership training.
You will take part in selected courses on the part-time MBA in Business Administration and experience practice-oriented further training at Master’s level in small groups and interactive formats.

The program concludes with a certificate from Coburg University of Applied Sciences.
Successfully completed courses are credited towards an MBA degree.

The certificate course “Market-oriented corporate management” includes the following topics:
