Violence against women is one of the most pressing problems of our time and has become even more acute in recent years.
Prof. Dr. Christiane Alberternst describes how much more our society needs to do so that women can live free of violence.
The Arbeitskreis keine sexuelle Gewalt (working group against sexual violence) has shared responsibility for this issue for 30 years.

On November 25th, the United Nations draws attention to this abuse worldwide with the “Orange Day – International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women”.
Unfortunately, sexual harassment and violence take place everywhere in society, including at universities, and also at Coburg University of Applied Sciences.
We want to bring the topic out of the taboo zone and raise awareness of how we can help ourselves and others.
