Taster days 2025
Campus feeling and online events
On the taster days on 15. and
April 16, 2025 you can get to know Coburg University of Applied Sciences and our Bachelor’s degree programs – with information about studying, impressions of the campus and contact with professors and students!
We offer you a program on site and online.
Professors and lecturers will present the degree programs to you on site in the morning and answer your questions.
You will get an insight into the subject content, e.g. by attending a lecture, as well as the opportunity to visit lecture halls, laboratories and workshops and talk to students.
At lunchtime, there is the opportunity to visit the canteen for a first taste of student life.
And for those who don’t know Coburg yet, we will organize a guided tour of the city afterwards!
In the late afternoon, there will also be live online events where you can get to know the degree programs, campus and students and ask questions – for anyone who can’t come to Coburg or would like to find out about other degree programs.

How to organize your taster days
Procedure for the taster days

| 09:00 – 09:30 a.m. | Welcome |
| 09:30 – 13:00 | Study programs (presentations of the study programs with the opportunity to ask questions, get a taste of lectures, lecture halls, laboratories and workshops) |
| 1:00 p.m. | Possibility for lunch in the cafeteria / BAföG counseling |
| 2:30 p.m. | Guided tour of Coburg city center (separate registration by e-mail required) |
| 16:00 – 16:45 | Online campus tour |
| 17:00 – 17:45 | Online presentation of the study programs with the opportunity to ask questions |
| 18:00 – 18:45 | Online consultation hour “Registering and studying at Coburg University of Applied Sciences” |
Additional information
Where do the taster days take place?
If you are taking part in the attendance program on one or both days, check again which campus you have to go to: Architecture, Civil Engineering/Energy Efficient Building Design, Interior Design and Integrated Product Design take place at the Design Campus and Applied Digital Transformation at the Lucas Cranach Campus.
All other study programs at the Friedrich Streib Campus.
